The Andersonville Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1921 as the Uptown Clark Street Business Men's Association. When the neighborhood was re-christened in 1964, it was renamed the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce, in support of the community's Swedish identity. The Chamber's mission is to support and strengthen the uniqueness and vitality of the Andersonville business community.
