City Made is Chicago’s ONLY local-exclusive craft brew festival! There are so many incredibly talented brewers in this city – why look elsewhere? Not to mention the positive economic and environmental impacts of drinking locally!

“The Pony Pilsner is available year round, a German style pilsner brewed with American heft. Take a ride through this golden field of barley any time you want to taste the sun. 5.5% ABV. The Goneaway IPA is available September-March, this beer is a western charged firecracker, a conjuring of classics laid to rest on a bed of pale malt. Deep gold and ready to travel the distance. 7% ABV. Half Acre Beer Co has two breweries on the north side of Chicago.  We brew classic american micro styles, weighted barrel offerings and wyld beers that traverse the landscape of mixed fermentation. Beer is just one element.  Have a killer time.”

“Fist City Chicago Pale Ale is brewed with lots of 2 row and red wheat with a little specialty malt for a beautiful golden hue. A blend of Centennial, Citra, Cascade and Crystal hops give the beer its flavor and aroma. OKtoberfest is a classic German-style Oktoberfest beer that goes down smooth with a pleasant, toasty malt flavor. 100% German malts create a supple and flavorful base for this traditional Oktoberfest lager. Revolution Brewing is Illinois’ largest craft brewery. Our brewpub in Chicago’s Logan Square is a bustling, neighborhood institution where friends and families meet to enjoy the freshest beer in town.”

“Singularity Oatmeal Stout is our attempt to compress a massive amount of oats into a sessionable stout recipe. Featuring both raw and malted oats, Singularity possesses an immensely full body and mouthfeel. Rich, roasty flavors of coffee and cocoa linger on the palate while a frothy, tan head blankets the beer down to the last sip.”

“The Chicago-based duo has taken the city by storm, creating a unique, unfiltered, dry cider that is currently on tap at 30 bars and restaurants around the city. They are the only two people in their company, and have done everything themselves since the beginning. “We create, package, and distribute our cider ourselves,” Katie says. “I hand paint the taphandles, Charlie has built most of our equipment by hand… this is truly a labor of love.”

greensheepAND because we know you’ll want to sample as much beer as possible, we want you to stay hydrated with Green Sheep Water. Because it’s bottled in aluminum instead of plastic, it’s easy to refill and no other containers is recycled as often or as efficiently.
