Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Group
8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
DBT is a practical therapeutic curriculum that teaches ways to better understand and cope with your emotions as well as how to manage the stress that life throws your way. This is an ongoing, rolling admissions group that meets once a week on Wednesdays from 8–9pm, and together we will:
- Learn and practice mindfulness
- Consider new ways of dealing with stress and distress effectively
- Develop skills to cope with a wide range of emotions
- Explore ways to have healthier relationships
When: Wednesdays from 8–9pm. Begins July 19th.
Facilitated by: Audra Kurth, LCPC, CADC and Riley Koren, Intern-MA.
Cost: $40 per group ($80 per week) with a two month commitment. Payment to be collected in two $400 installments via cash, credit card, check, or PayPal. There is one 45 minute $150 screening assessment for which insurance can offset depending on coverage details.
