Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Group

Feeling overwhelmed and out of control? Years of research shows that DBT is a powerful and proven intervention that provides you with real-life, take-home skills in 4 areas:
- Distress Tolerance
- Emotion Regulation
- Interpersonal Effectiveness
You’ll learn concrete skills to be more present, less overwhelmed and feel more in control, with fun, warm and compassionate support in using these skills in real life.
Details: The group will be ongoing and is open to new members at the beginning of each month. When: The group meets once each week on Wednesday evenings from 7–8pm for 1 hour. Cost: $40 per group session; payment per month ($160 or $200) required at time of acceptance into group, by cash or check.
