Here’s your chance to learn and practice meditation in a safe, supportive, and welcoming group!
The benefits of meditating with others:

- We can ride on the energy of others around us who are also intentionally meditating. It really does feel different.
- Exposure to other styles and others’ experiences, but still the freedom to meditate the way that works for you.
This free group offers some, but minimal, guidance in a variety of styles of mindfulness meditation. There will be a few minutes of guidance, then silent sitting for 20 minutes. Appropriate for anyone with a basic understanding and some practice in mindfulness meditation. No commitment necessary. You can bring a cushion to sit on, or sit in a chair. Come as you are, all are welcome!
When: Wednesdays, 5:30–6pm, ongoing
