Are you a Latina woman who has stress around relationships, family, work, or school? Come join us for support, connection and skills to feel more relaxed, happier and at ease. Together we will:
- Be a safe place to process family and relationship stressors, grief, trauma, manage emotions and feelings, and build self-confidence, self-awareness, and self-compassion
- Discuss life stressors, how they affect us and how to change the way we relate to them n a healthier way
- Connect with other Latinas struggling with similar issues, share experiences, find support, and feel empowered
You are not alone / No estas sola
Facilitated by Susan Kogan, LCPC. Susan is a psychotherapist born in Argentina. She loves to work with Latina women and integrate cultural awareness in the therapy process. She believes that “Latina women empower each other in a group setting; they generate a sense of belonging and loyalty that recreates healthier relationships.”
Meets Tuesdays, 7–8pm. $125/month with a 2-month commitment.
