Late Night Andersonville

From the shoppers who casually stop by, to the foodies who make a point to attend, these cooking demonstrations attract standing room only audiences at Bloomingdaleʼs.

The demonstration will take place on Saturday, June 14, from 2-4 p.m. at the Bloomingdaleʼs Home & Furniture Store at Medinah Temple, 600 N. Wabash Avenue, Chicago.

Chef Chris will present this elegant summer menu while participants can ask questions and obtain professional tips:
Chilled cantaloupe soup with fresh mint and blueberries
Seared shrimp, avocado and jicama cocktail with mango-chipolte vinaigrette
Mousse au chocolat with pirouette wafers and whipped cream
