Absinthe just made its legal return to the US, but it is still a spirit laced with tradition, mystery and a bit of madness! Sonja Kassebaum of North Shore Distillery leads a discussion covering the history, tradition, mythology and mixology of absinthe. We’ll sample three different styles of absinthe at the event – North Shore’s Sirène Absinthe Verte; Kübler Swiss Absinthe Superieure; and St. George Spirits’ Absinthe Verte. $30 per person.
