St. Lucia Festival of Lights

SUNDAY SCHOOL KICK-OFF: Sunday, September 14th, Ebenezer Lutheran Church hosts a Rally Day/Sunday School Kick-Off at 10:15am. Meet the Sunday school teachers and students as we get ready for a great year of Sunday school. Our curriculum is lectionary-based, which means that the Sunday school students are studying the same Bible lessons that we are reading in worship. Sunday school begins at 10:15am, and students walk in around 11:05 (or after the sermon) to join the 10:30 worship already in progress (in time for children's talk, prayers, & communion). Ebenezer Lutheran is at 1650 W. Foster (at Paulina), Chicago. Call Pastor Powell with any questions, 773-561-8496, x103. Enter through the glass doors on Foster at the east side of the building, and go upstairs for the Sunday school kick-off.
