This November, Executive Chef Christopher Tong, of the upscale private gourmet dining service,
My Private Chef, has been invited to present a delicious Fall menu. He will conduct the cooking
demonstration on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at 1 p.m. at the Bloomingdaleʼs Home & Furniture Store
in Oakbrook Center. 4 Oakbrook Center, Oak Brook, IL, Demo Kitchen on 2.
Youʼll get to see up close how a truly elegant meal is created. There will be time for questions and
answers about shopping, ingredients, and preparation. And, of course, everyone gets a taste!
Chef Tong will prepare:
Roasted Red and Golden Beet salad with warmed herbed goat cheese,
caramelized red onions, toasted almonds and Tarragon vinaigrette
Sautéed Pork Medallions served with Apple-Cranberry Sauce and buttered Gnocchi
