In this two-week course (June 4 & 11), Christophe Bakunas of Cream Wine Company will help you avoid pitfalls and unearth the jewels in any restaurant wine list. We’ll start off with the principles of pairing, cover food friendly wines, and make you comfortable with etiquette and tableside tasting. Then we’ll move into tips for navigating the list like a pro, sketching out a plan, taking charge and impressing any of your guests at the table!
