Howl-O-Ween Adoption Event at Navy Pier, Festival Hall B, 10 am – 7 pm: The Anti-Cruelty Society and Chicagoland Tails are partnering to host a CASA (Chicago Animal Shelter Alliance) Adopt a Pet event at Navy Pier on this day. Visit a variety of vendor booths and the many local shelters—including Tree House—who will be adopting out animals. There will be fabulous entertainment, on stage fun, a 2500 foot obstacle course, plus a giant dogwalking path. This is a FREE event and your pets are welcome to join you!
