Appellation is serving fondue for the winter season: Fondue of raclette (raw cow) and hittisau (raw cow) served with baguette and cornichons, add fried potatoes ($2), Creminelli Wild Boar salami ($4) for two ($18), for four ($36). Also serving Fondue burger with smoked onion confit, cornichon aioli, fried potato, brioche bun and frites ($14), add bacon ($2). Also launching warm cocktails as the weather changes.
Pastoral retail will be open with limited hours on Thanksgiving for catering pickup as well as last minute wine and retail purchases. Sandwiches will be available while open.
